Support of the central funding management of Lufthansa Technik
Documentation and filing of all data on ongoing and completed research projects with public funding with a focus on commercial billing
Processing, communication and responsibility for proof of utilisation of funding
Coordination of any necessary audits
Representation of the role as contact person for administrative questions from the departments
Successfully completed vocational training or a comparable qualification
Knowledge of bookkeeping, cost accounting and file management
Good user knowledge of SAP and MS Excel
Advanced knowledge of English
Existing work permit for the EU
