Management of the business unit in close cooperation with the branch management
Determination of all strategic and operational work objectives of the business unit within the framework of the general task definition
Performing all functional and personnel-related management and leadership tasks in the business unit
Responsibility for the assigned business unit and the associated tasks and processes within the framework of the company's organizational guidelines
Ensuring that tasks are performed in a targeted, appropriate and optimal manner and that the framework conditions are implemented
Participation in overarching projects of the branch
Successfully completed academic university degree in law, business administration or administrative sciences with a focus on human resources or organizational management
At least 5 years of professional experience in one of the designated areas of responsibility of the business unit
Many years of management experience
Willingness to travel on business
