Tasks

• Management of the business unit in close cooperation with the branch management
  

• Determination of all strategic and operational work objectives of the business unit within the framework of the general task definition
  

• Performing all functional and personnel-related management and leadership tasks in the business unit
  

• Responsibility for the assigned business unit and the associated tasks and processes within the framework of the company's organizational guidelines
  

• Ensuring that tasks are performed in a targeted, appropriate and optimal manner and that the framework conditions are implemented
  

• Participation in overarching projects of the branch
  

Requirements

• Successfully completed academic university degree in law, business administration or administrative sciences with a focus on human resources or organizational management
  

• At least 5 years of professional experience in one of the designated areas of responsibility of the business unit
  

• Many years of management experience
  

• Willingness to travel on business
  

• Strong analytical thinking skills and a high degree of responsibility and reliability
  

• Negotiating skills, assertiveness and decision-making ability
