Supervision of the production flow and ensuring smooth work processes
Managing and supervising the proper and professional execution of all maintenance work in accordance with established procedures and compliance with relevant regulations
Shift and assignment planning of employees, taking into account their qualifications and authorisations
Prioritisation and economic planning of maintenance work and consideration of other relevant aspects
Development of qualification, training and further education measures to maintain the qualifications and authorisations of the employees
Ensuring material availability and timely procurement of the required components for the planned work execution within the specified time targets (TAT)
Managing the prescribed repair documentation and monitoring its application
Ensuring timely and comprehensive documentation of inspections and maintenance work (including tear down report, maintenance record, etc.)
Responsibility for the proper storage and safekeeping of tools, materials and technical equipment
Successfully completed studies in aerospace engineering or comparable training
Many years of professional experience in maintenance management of aircraft components
Sound knowledge of repair procedures for composite / metal components
Knowledge of EASA / FAA Part 145 regulations and relevant aviation standards
Very good knowledge of English
Work permit for the EU
