Helicopter Electrician (m/f/x)

Job description

Tasks

• Integration of cable bundles into the helicopter module as well as execution of self-checks and general test work

• Assembly of components or sub-assemblies for the assembly of testable devices or main assemblies in the helicopter models MCA H175, H135 and Tiger

• Installation of electrical devices and cable bundles as well as ESN lines with subsequent measurement work

• Execution of bonding measurements as well as electrical repairs and tests

• Production and modification of cable harnesses, racks and switch boxes

• Implementation of electrical connections, e.g. crimping, soldering

• Handling of construction documents and manufacturing specifications

• Perform troubleshooting for systems, equipment, and aircraft

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an electrician or aircraft electronics technician

• Several years of professional experience in the areas of electrical systems, mechatronics, manufacturing / production, aircraft construction or aerospace

• Bundeswehr or Airbus experience desirable

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SAP

• Business fluent German and basic knowledge of English

• Willingness to work shifts and assembly

• Team player with pronounced quality awareness
