Job description


  • Assist in the preparation of month-end closing (posting incoming invoices, credit card statements, travel expense reports, etc.)

  • Execution of monthly project accounting

  • Operational process responsibility for purchasing

  • Management of incoming mail incl. correspondence, filing & archiving

  • Planning and monitoring of personnel data as well as coordination of vacation or other requests

  • Preparation and implementation of onboarding and outplacement processes

  • Master data maintenance in the company's internal ERP system (company contacts)

  • Organization and execution of trade fair preparations as well as organization of company events and business trips


  • Completed commercial training, further training or business studies or comparable qualification

  • Experience in accounting 

  • Business fluent in German and English

  • Communicative team player with a careful and structured way of working
