HR Business Partner (m/f/x)

Then join the HR team of our client Airbus Operations GmbH in Bremen! In the role of HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the timely planning of deadlines, the efficient coordination of work processes and the timely achievement of targets. Demonstrate your organisational talent and maintain an overview even in challenging situations in order to successfully drive the HR strategy forward.

This exciting position is initially limited until July 2025 and the gross annual salary is approximately € 81,000.

Tasks

  • Active design and implementation of the HR strategy and optimisation of HR processes in accordance with the annual HR calendar
  • Providing specialist advice and support to departments and management on all strategic HR issues
  • Strengthening and targeted further development of managers and employees through tailored development programmes
  • Ensuring compliance with national labour law requirements as well as internal guidelines and global ethics and compliance standards
  • Collaborating with specialist departments, works councils and internal HR teams in a spirit of trust and partnership
  • Planning, management and implementation of recruiting measures for internal and external positions, including job interviews and salary negotiations

Qualification

  • Completed studies in social sciences, business administration or economics
  • Several years of relevant professional experience as an HR Business Partner as well as in personnel administration and personnel management
  • Sound user knowledge of SAP/R3 and practical experience with Google Workspace
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Valid work permit for the EU
