Tasks

• Control and coordination of the operative recruiting process

• Reviewing and evaluating test results and application documents as part of the candidate pre-selection process

• Management and implementation of the selection day together with the selection committee

• Organizing regular coordination rounds with internal and external interfaces

• Representation of the company at recruiting events, trade fairs and events

• Management, coordination and planning of all recruitment measures

• Preparation of process documentation and reporting

Requirements

• Completed studies in psychology, social sciences, business administration, economics or human resources

• Several years of professional experience in human resources and as HR Business Partner

• Experience in the areas of labor law, personnel development and compensation is advantageous

• Knowledge of detailed functions of MS Office and SAP, Google Suite desirable

• Business fluent in German and English
