Tasks

  • Independent administration, support and accounting of temporary workers and young professionals

  • Carrying out (personnel) measures, including hiring, transfers, departures, as well as setting up and maintaining master data, time management and remuneration data

  • Creating documents in Workday and SAP as part of clearly defined administrative processes

  • Efficient processing of enquiries and seamless communication with HR business partners, specialist departments and managers

  • Competent advice and provision of information for employees, HR business partners and managers

  • Handling special cases such as pay increases and one-off payments

  • Active support with administrative processes

  • Participation in small and sub-projects in various phases

Qualification

  • Successful completion of vocational training as a personnel officer or comparable commercial training with extensive professional experience

  • Alternatively: Completed studies in business administration or economics

  • Several years of expertise in the areas of payroll accounting and personnel administration

  • Sound knowledge of tax, social security and labour law is essential

  • Experience in the areas of Young People & LAK accounting is desirable

  • In-depth user knowledge of SAP/R3 HR, Google and Workday

  • Confident use of the German language and proficient in English at negotiation level

  • Existing work permit for the European Union
