Tasks

• Contact person for all personnel-related questions of employees and managers

• Recording and maintenance of personnel master data as well as maintenance of personnel-related processes in the ERP tool

• Supporting the recruiting processes from job advertisement to hiring

• Responsibility for smooth onboarding and support of new employees

• Preparation of employment contracts, certificates and references

• Planning personnel costs and supporting payroll accounting

• Taking over the planning and controlling of personnel development measures

• Providing preparatory information for the personnel supervisors for conducting staff appraisals

Qualification

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training

• Alternatively, successfully completed studies with a focus on human resources

• Several years of professional experience in human resources management in an IT consultancy or IT company

• Experience in operational personnel work as well as in advising managers and employees

• Knowledge of current recruiting channels, processes and methods

• Solid knowledge of MS Office

• Fluent German and good English skills
