Contact person for all personnel-related questions of employees and managers
Recording and maintenance of personnel master data as well as maintenance of personnel-related processes in the ERP tool
Supporting the recruiting processes from job advertisement to hiring
Responsibility for smooth onboarding and support of new employees
Preparation of employment contracts, certificates and references
Planning personnel costs and supporting payroll accounting
Taking over the planning and controlling of personnel development measures
Providing preparatory information for the personnel supervisors for conducting staff appraisals
Successfully completed commercial vocational training
Alternatively, successfully completed studies with a focus on human resources
Several years of professional experience in human resources management in an IT consultancy or IT company
Experience in operational personnel work as well as in advising managers and employees
Knowledge of current recruiting channels, processes and methods
Solid knowledge of MS Office
Fluent German and good English skills
