Tasks

• The focal point for all human resources matters

• Responsible for communication with employees, authorities, health insurance companies and service providers

• Taking over administrative tasks such as the preparation of certificates and contracts

• Supporting HR processes along the entire employee life cycle, from on-boarding to off-boarding

• Continuous improvement of structures and processes in the entire administrative area of human resources as well as in overall HR projects

Qualification

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training, preferably in the field of human resources management or a comparable qualification

• Experience in human resources or in a similar administrative position, ideally in personnel administration

• Knowledge of labour and social security law as well as collective bargaining law

• Up-to-date knowledge of labour law regulations and compliance requirements

• Proficient in the use of common office software and personnel administration systems

• Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and to contribute to the optimisation of HR processes

• Very good knowledge of English

• Present work permit for the EU
