  • Advising and supporting managers on all personnel and management issues as well as employees in all matters relating to the employment relationship

  • Contact person for the works council for all issues relating to the area of support within the framework of co-determination

  • Quantitative and qualitative personnel planning as well as planning and implementation of personnel adjustment measures

  • Management of personnel recruitment and selection, including the targeted filling of vacancies and succession planning for managers

  • First point of contact for questions relating to personnel and organisational development, further training and skills management

  • Support and implementation of actions as part of the HR annual cycle, in particular employee appraisals, training requirements, salary reviews, employee reviews and the resulting personnel measures

  • Participation in projects for the further development and improvement of HR processes

  • Improvement of the HR tool Sparkle (HR Core, Compensation & Benefits, Change Job Process)


  • Successfully completed studies in business administration or economics

  • Alternatively, completed vocational training as a personnel officer or comparable commercial training with many years of professional experience

  • Several years of professional experience as an HR business partner and in human resources management

  • Basic knowledge of payroll accounting and labour law required, as well as expertise in using Workday desirable

  • Detailed user knowledge of MS Office

  • Business fluent in German and English

  • Existing work permit for the EU
