For our client Airbus Operations GmbH we are looking for a responsible and communicative Human Resources Administrator in Hamburg. In the future position you will be responsible for all administrative, payroll and time management tasks in your support area.

Implementation of (personnel) measures and collaboration in small and sub-projects on special topics
Compilation, data reconciliation and implementation of payroll accounting for different working hours, working time models and remuneration methods
Processing of special transactions (collective agreement increases, one-time payments, earnings protection)
Maintaining, checking and updating data as well as quality control, error analysis and troubleshooting
Documentation of all payroll account documents and management of correspondence with pension recipients, health insurance companies and authorities
Processing of technical issues (e.g. garnishments, deferred compensation, crediting of periods of service)
Providing information to external agencies and issuing certificates
Providing advice and information on applicable statutory, collective bargaining and company regulations in general and specialist matters
Completed vocational training in the commercial field or as a personnel administrator
Several years of professional experience in the field of health care, personnel processing or as a commercial clerk
Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
Business fluent in German and English
Communicative team player with organizational skills
