Organization of e.g. hiring, transfers and extensions of contracts in Workday and all processes related to these actions
Processing of pay development steps
Headcount tracking
Organization of candidate days for temporary employees and their transfers
Implementation of pay changes
Cooperation with works councils
Implementation of HR reporting
Successfully completed commercial vocational training or training as a personnel clerk with many years of professional experience
Alternatively completed studies in business administration or economics
Several years of professional experience as an HR business partner, in payroll accounting, personnel processing and human resources management
Detailed user knowledge of MS Office and SAP/R3 HR as well as Google Workspace
Business fluent in German and English
Present work permit for the EU
Team player with strong communication skills, an independent, structured and proactive way of working as well as quality and performance awareness
