Job description

Tasks

• Support the process management team in defining and improving processes

• Active participation in the meetings of the process management team

• Lead and coordinate process implementation in their operational area and in the various programs, including all necessary activities

• Summarize and analyze process issues and best practices 

• Provide local input for risk identification, risk mitigation plans, process performance measurements

• Provide feedback and change requests to the process management team to support continuous improvements

• Lead small projects

• Assist in the creation of process support documents for various processes and manage the publication phase

Requirements

• Completed studies as industrial engineer, in the field of business administration or economics

• Several years of professional experience in process planning, process improvement, quality management as well as in the aviation industry

• Knowledge as well as experience in project management and Google Workspace is an advantage

• Know-how in dealing and negotiating with various stakeholders as well as in change initiatives

• Confident handling of MS Office and SAP

• Business fluent in German and English

• Present work permit for the EU

• Communicative team player with a solution-oriented way of working
