Tasks

• System maintenance as well as cleaning up the database in the ERP system (Odoo) between France and Germany

• Integration of new business fields and areas into Odoo standard processes and applications

• Contact person, first level support and close cooperation with key users in Germany and France

• Support and further development of the Odoo environment in France

• Implementation of internal user trainings

• Optimization of internal processes with the help of Odoo and support of further products/interfaces around Odoo (reports, BI, accounting)

• Support for the digitalization of the entire company

Qualification

• Enrolled student in a business administration degree program ideally with a focus on business informatics or computer science or comparable 

• Alternatively, a graduate or trainee with comparable skills and interests would be welcome

• First knowledge of programming languages (ideally Python) as well as databases

• First experiences with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Navision or similar) would be an advantage

• Language skills in French, English and German at an adequate level

• Willingness to travel abroad (introduction to the ERP system in Dresden, core tasks in Toulouse)

• Analytical thinking and structured way of working with fun in designing processes

• High digital affinity with independent working style and intercultural competence
