Administration and 2nd level support of transport management systems
Creation of user documentation
Recording and completion of customer requirements
Consulting and training of the specialist departments in the use of CargoSoft, CargoWise One and Wice CRM
Coordination and testing of new software releases
Professional experience in supply chain management and in at least one specialist area of international sea and air freight forwarding
Good knowledge of forwarding processes
User knowledge of common transport management systems such as CargoSoft and or CargoWise One desirable
Very good knowledge of German and English
Willingness to participate in on-call duty
