Tasks

• Entwurf und Implementierung der IT Ablauforganisation
  
• Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung eines fünfköpfigen Teams von 5 Mitarbeitern
  
• Entwicklung eines Rahmenwerkes zur Kategorisierung von Netzstörungen
  
• Einsatzplanung, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Netzwerkbetriebs
  
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von KPIs für OLAs / SLAs
  
• Monitoring und Reporting von OLA / SLA
  
• Verantwortung für das Netz - Eskalationsmanagement
