Responsibility and coordination of changes and incidents in the ITIL framework
Control of IT service processes and ensuring a smooth workflow
Analysis and further development of IT service processes (end-to-end)
Responsibility for a needs-based process landscape
Further development of interfaces to other ITIL processes
Creation of meaningful process reports
Continuous development of knowledge management in the area of IT service management
Communication with service providers and stakeholders
Completed studies, preferably with a focus on computer science or business informatics
Alternatively, completed comparable training with relevant professional experience in IT service management, IT quality management or process design
Practical knowledge of ITIL V3
Experience in the use of ITSM tools
Very good knowledge of German
Communicative team player with customer- and service-oriented working style
Affine strategist with fast comprehension and process-oriented way of thinking
