Tasks

• Administration and ensuring the smooth operation of the IT system
  

• Installation, configuration and administration of Microsoft-based server and client systems, network components, the telephone system as well as hardware and software
  

• Support of internal and external networks
  

• Analysis and elimination of technical problems
  

• Securing 2nd level support
  

• Monitoring of IT system security
  

• Consulting and support in the specialist departments
  

Qualification

• Successfully completed vocational training in the IT field or comparable professional experience
  

• Several years of professional experience in working with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Cloud Services as well as in IT administration
  

• Basic knowledge in the installation, configuration and administration of Microsoft servers and clients
  

• Sound knowledge of English
  

• Communicative team player with a strong service orientation and good communication skills
