Tasks

• You ensure that our branch customers never pay too much rent and ancillary costs and for a coherent location performance

• You develop solution concepts, conduct negotiations with landlords and are the central interface between customers, landlords and attorneys – in doing so, you ensure binding next steps and smooth communication

• You achieve your goals by thinking ahead and negotiating cleverly

• And important: Whenever you get stuck, your colleagues will support you in finding solutions

• You have the opportunity to advance to the position of authorized signatory in the future

Requirements

• Initial experience with complex negotiation situations, ideally in connection with leases, portfolio management or expansion

• Distinct solution and customer orientation, strong communication skills and perseverance, authoritative manner and organizational talent

• A successfully completed business degree, e.g. in real estate management 

• Or a successfully completed commercial training with additional qualification e.g. as a real estate specialist, commercial specialist or business specialist or similar

• Business fluent in German and English
