Acquisition of new customers and customer care
Active sales planning through efficient pipeline management
Participation in acquisition meetings as well as their preparation and follow-up
Identification of business potentials based on customer needs (cross- and upselling)
Preparation of customer-specific presentations, offers and contracts
Managing the entire sales process: inquiry, consultation, presentation, proposal preparation, closing
Building strategic and long-term customer relationships
Successfully completed studies or commercial training
Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales and solution sales, ideally in Enterprise Feedback / Experience Management
Ideally experience in conducting sales-oriented webinars and 1:1 online presentations as well as experience with modern sales tools, sales methods and social networking
Confident handling of MS Office
Business fluent German and very good English skills
Strong interest in software industry and its development as well as a high sales affinity and service mentality
Team player with high customer orientation, independent and structured way of working as well as very good communication skills
