Job description

Tasks

  • Responsibility for the development and target achievement of all sales activities

  • Planning, monitoring and controlling of sales activities including the preparation of the sales plan

  • Strengthening the sales and service network

  • Maximizing profit and growth within the framework of company goals and values

  • Developing plans and strategies for expanding customer base and channel partners

  • Relationship building and maintenance with key customers as well as strategic partners

  • Performing speaking engagements at conferences and seminars

  • Preparation and presentation of proposal presentations as well as pricing requests including all customer communications

Requirements

  • Completed studies in the fields of engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or a natural science

  • Professional experience in sales in the semiconductor or related industries

  • Experience with global companies and global cooperation

  • Good German and English language skills

  • Ability to easily present technical products and processes that require explanation

  • Willingness to travel on business (approx. 15 days / month)

  • Team player with extraordinary communication skills, high self-motivation and excellent organizational skills
