Tasks

• Representing the company to customers by ensuring first-class customer service

• Customer Definition Centre (CDC) point of contact for the various internal Airbus departments as well as for the CDC technical team

• Prepare and execute an individual visit and consultation agenda for each customer

• Guarantee the timely availability of specialists and equipment for each customer meeting

• Representation towards the Airbus cabin suppliers involved

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in the fields of project management, industrial engineering or economics

• Several years of professional experience in customer service and project management

• Experience in the aerospace industry and as a flight attendant is an advantage

• Good knowledge of process management

• User knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage

• Business fluent in English, German desirable

• Present work permit for the EU

• Team player with an independent, structured way of working, a high degree of persuasiveness and assertiveness as well as strong communication skills
