Tasks

  • Proactive support and efficient coordination of ongoing customer projects and enquiries

  • Profitable support of the DACH & BeNeLux region through existing customer care and successful new customer acquisition

  • Strategic responsibility for pricing to optimise competitiveness

  • Continuous monitoring of customer satisfaction with a focus on sustainably increasing it

  • Creative creation of appealing company presentations

  • Effective organisation and implementation of trade fair appearances and specialist events

  • Actively supporting department management in the strategic definition and successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies

  • Seamless cooperation with the Inside Sales team for optimal customer care and sales optimisation

  • Direct reporting to the management

Qualification

  • Successfully completed commercial or technical studies with an international focus or equivalent training

  • Several years of professional experience and proven success in key account / sales management, ideally in the field of medical technology

  • Comprehensive knowledge of medical device law implementation law and manufacturers in accordance with MDR (EU 2017/745)

  • Confident handling of MS Office

  • Business fluent English skills are essential, further language skills are an advantage

  • Willingness to travel within the EU

  • Open-minded team player with strong quality awareness, excellent communication skills and a high degree of initiative
