Job description

Tasks

  • Supporting the FAL with logistical support issues

  • Ensuring the timely availability of supplier parts at the construction site, in close cooperation with Procurement

  • Coordination of vendor parts as well as relocation and scrapping of components

  • Incident management of process disruptions

  • Initiation of escalations in the event of foreseeable faulty part situations

  • Spare parts processing as well as planning and coordination of shipping activities

  • Control and monitoring of production orders

  • Management of production meetings

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering or supply chain / logistics

  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of scheduling / material procurement, supplier management and supply chain / logistics

  • Detailed knowledge of SAP/MM-PP as well as user knowledge of Google Workspace an advantage

  • Business fluent German and advanced English skills

  • Present work permit for the EU

  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system

  • Communicative team player with a high degree of persuasiveness, assertiveness, personal responsibility and ability to work under pressure
