Tasks

  • Transformation of the local warehouse management system into a harmonised Airbus Warehouse Management System, including inbound and outbound processes.

  • Improvement of the supply chain for highly efficient production processes 

  • Optimisation of warehouse management through new logistics standards and concepts

  • Establishment of a transparent "one-touch" logistics system 

  • Increasing the delivery readiness of logistics flows and warehousing activities by functionally leading a project with focus on time, scope, cost, quality and customer satisfaction

  • Coordination and independent responsibility for mission rate readiness with focus on main warehouses and warehouse operations

  • Definition and implementation of the logistics strategy from the supplier to the production line

Qualification

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration or supply chain/logistics

  • Several years of professional experience in project management, supply chain / logistics and IT / information systems

  • Experience in agile project management methods

  • Knowledge of KAIZEN and KVP

  • Good user knowledge of Google Workspace and SAP 

  • Business fluent in German and English

  • Present work permit for the EU
