Tasks

• Control and operation of automatic riveting machines for the production of components in compliance with the specified quality standards and technical specifications
• Independently setting up, adapting and fine-tuning automatic riveting machines for different production orders
• Continuous monitoring of the production process
• Independently carrying out quality checks and fully documenting the measurement results
• Quickly identifying and rectifying faults and carrying out regular maintenance and servicing work to ensure that the machines are ready for operation
• Strict observance and implementation of all relevant safety regulations and procedures
• Professional loading and equipping of processing machines and systems, including multi-axis and multi-spindle machines, with the required parts and materials

Qualification

• Successfully completed training as an industrial mechanic, cutting machine operator or machine operator or a comparable qualification in a metalworking profession
• Sound knowledge and practical experience in the field of CNC production, in particular with the Siemens Sinumerik 840 D control system
• Practical knowledge of machine maintenance and repair is an advantage
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications to realise production requirements and ensure product quality
• Desirable knowledge of Airbus-relevant standards to ensure conformity and quality of manufactured components
• High flexibility and willingness to work shifts
• Valid work permit for the EU
