Tasks

  • Planning and commissioning of repairs (e.g. of individual parts and assemblies)

  • Development of repair solutions in cooperation with manufacturing, inspectors & design department

  • Preparation of cost estimates including scheduling and cost determination

  • Initiation of spare parts procurement for manufacturing (incl. after sales)

  • Preparation and supervision of final certification before delivery (EASA Form 1)

  • Support in case of technical problems and responsibility for continuous optimisation measures, e.g. for missing parts management, updating of production orders, maintenance, jigs and tools

  • Ordering of standardised production equipment

  • Execution of work order management for out-of-order work

  • Preparation of QA inspection as well as support in audit preparations

Qualification

  • Completed studies in aircraft construction or engineering

  • ALTERNATIVELY successfully completed vocational training with a master's degree as an aircraft mechanic specialising in production engineering or maintenance engineering or aircraft builder

  • Initial professional experience in the fields of engineering, industrial mechanics, manufacturing engineering and / or production planning

  • Airbus experience is advantageous

  • Initial user knowledge of SAP/R3 and knowledge of Google Workspace desirable

  • Proficient knowledge of German and English

  • Present work permit for the EU
