Tasks

• Development and establishment of HR culture management at our Delitzsch site and prospectively in the region.

• Responsibility for internal communication with the creation of the communication concept

• Monitoring and optimising the quality of the working atmosphere and employee satisfaction

• Development of the employer brand in cooperation with an external agency

• Responsibility for staff development by conducting coaching sessions in the area of communication

• Holder of the role of confidant for professional and private issues of the employees

• Professional and personal strengthening and further development of the team spirit and the working climate

Qualification

• Successfully completed vocational training

• ALTERNATIVELY: successfully completed studies in the field of communication sciences, psychology, education / coaching or a comparable qualification

• Experience in internal corporate communications 

• Very good knowledge of German

• Strong communication skills and an unbiased nature with high empathy and a likeable charismatic personality

• Initiative and proactive approach
