Representing the company to customers by ensuring first-class customer service
Customer Definition Centre (CDC) point of contact for the various internal Airbus departments as well as for the CDC technical team
Prepare and execute an individual visit and consultation agenda for each customer
Guarantee the timely availability of specialists and equipment for each customer meeting
Representation towards the Airbus cabin suppliers involved
Successfully completed studies in the fields of project management, industrial engineering or economics
Several years of professional experience in customer service and project management
Experience in the aerospace industry and as a flight attendant is an advantage
Good knowledge of process management
User knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage
Business fluent in English, German desirable
Present work permit for the EU
Team player with an independent, structured way of working, a high degree of persuasiveness and assertiveness as well as strong communication skills
