Project Manager Process Improvement (m/f/x)

Do you love developing strategies, optimising processes and actively shaping change? In this role, you will take on stakeholder management, define KPI dashboards and manage lean and change management projects to make structures more efficient and transparent. Your ability to network teams and implement innovative processes makes you a key player for sustainable improvements. The gross annual salary is max. 80.900€. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid work permit for the EU (not a student visa).

Tasks

  • Developing and supporting the definition of the communication strategy and ensuring its implementation
  • Defining and creating dashboards for key figures and ensuring that the data is up to date
  • Ensuring visibility of the current processes, methods and tool landscape and coordination
  • Moderating stakeholder mapping and management activities
  • Leading process improvement projects
  • Leading lean deployment in the team (performance management, practical problem solving)
  • Leading and supporting the creation of new processes (e.g. innovation, strategy, customer feedback)
  • Establish a strong interface with other areas with appropriate leadership

Qualification

  • Completed bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, supply chain / logistics or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in project management, process improvement, quality management and stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of change and lean management
  • Experience with the use of SAP and Google Workspace
  • Fluency in German and business fluent in English
  • Knowledge of French is an advantage
