Introduction and continuous improvement of production system standards and tools in the plant
Planning and execution of the redesign of the production according to Lean philosophy and introduction of the related tools such as: Kaizen, Poka Yoke, Kanban, 5S
Preparation and completion of Lean trainings taking into account known standards and standards new to the company in coordination with the head office
Continuous optimization of production according to the Lean philosophy based on the Excellence Roadmaps and documentation of the results
Independent execution of knowledge transfer and communication of the production system topics
Reporting on the implementation of the production system in the plant
Successfully completed technical vocational training and advanced qualification (technician, master craftsman)
Several years of professional experience in the production area
Very good knowledge of English
Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills as well as independent and result-oriented working style
