Tasks

• Management and control of small to medium-sized production projects in various production areas
• Planning and implementing workshop relocations and redesigning production areas to increase efficiency
• Optimising production processes by analysing and implementing innovative methods
• Production controlling and KPI monitoring for the continuous improvement of operational key figures
• Production planning and control to ensure smooth processes
• Development, optimisation and management of the supply chain & subcontracting for efficient procurement and supply chain
• Introduction and implementation of lean management principles to reduce waste and improve processes
• Strategic further development of production processes to increase efficiency in the long term

Qualification

• Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable
• Experience in project work in a production context
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Business fluent English and good German language skills
• A valid work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
