On behalf of our client Lufthansa Technik AG at the Hamburg site, we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer Equipment Management to support the planning and further development of production equipment, with a focus on mechanical measuring tools and personal protective equipment. Tasks

Planning, procurement and modification of production equipment, with a particular focus on mechanical measuring tools and personal protective equipment
Analysis and further development of existing systems
Automation of technical processes to increase efficiency
Participation in national and international projects for the equipment of production facilities with machines, systems and tools
Consulting and support for internal customers regarding production equipment, machinery and systems

Qualification

Completed degree or certified technician/master qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Production Engineering
Initial professional experience in handling production equipment, measuring systems and personal protective equipment
Knowledge in the field of product and operational safety (e.g. Machinery Directive, Product Safety Act)
Theoretical and practical expertise in metrology including calibration, as well as occupational safety
Solid IT skills, especially in SAP and Microsoft 365
Good command of English (at least B2 level)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
