Remuneration is in accordance with pay group 9 of the collective agreement for the chemical industry. Recognition of work experience relevant to the staging period will be decided on an individual basis.

Coordination of the production flow with regard to the execution of repairs and transmission of repair requests
Preparation and completion of work authorization forms and monitoring of production equipment in operation (in finishing)
Coordination, instruction and support of external companies (e.g. in the context of cleaning)
Determination of optimization potentials of the processes, the equipment and the process control system and derivation of corresponding measures
Execution of operational work of the shift team, first line maintenance activities (e.g. seal change, etc.) as well as activities in the plant area (e.g. safety tours, pump inspection, etc.)
Control, unloading and storage of delivered operating materials as well as replacement of raw material containers, drums and IBCs
Documentation of equipment problems and other anomalies in the logbook
Support in the preparation of operating manuals according to instructions, in the preparation and implementation of projects as well as in the execution, preparation and safety-related support of planned plant shutdowns
Completed master craftsman or technician training (trained entry-level employees of group E10) or many years of relevant professional experience in the chemical industry or in a similar technical/process engineering field of work
Several years of relevant work experience in the chemical industry
Sound knowledge in mechanical process engineering and maintenance
Specialized knowledge and skills in plant operation of rubber production and preventive maintenance as well as in the complex technological interrelationships between the individual plants/plant components
Sound knowledge in the field of occupational, health, environmental, fire and explosion protection
Confident handling of MS Office and process control systems
German language skills, good English skills are an advantage
Team player with analytical, communication and coordination skills
