Tasks

• Support in material and process as well as research and technology projects within the composite and assembly processes.

• Take over project definition and management according to the nomination for the Research and Technology Programme.

• Technical contribution to the preparation of externally funded contracts, in particular with the aeronautics research programme LuFo and EU clean aviation companies. 

• Contribute to, plan and implement optimisation and simplification projects and processes aimed at innovative and advanced assembly processes

• Active promotion of innovation and technologies within the scope of the projects and processes

Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering or comparable technical studies in the field of materials science/engineering or materials science.

• Several years of professional experience in engineering, research and development

• Extensive experience in project management and process improvement

• Good user knowledge of Google Workspace

• Business fluent in English

• Willingness to travel

• Present work permit for the EU
