Tasks

• Support of technical problems

• Contribute to improvements on issues such as: missing parts, non-conformities, maintenance or tools

• Execution of work order management for out of order work

• Escalating recurring issues and requesting support for Work Prep, Maintenance, MAP and Outstanding Work areas.

• Incorporate Work Prep, PPE, Maintenance, MAP & OSW areas into the continuous improvement routines of the production team.

• Support capacity management by anticipating capacity fluctuations and enhancing competencies

Qualification

• Completed vocational training as a Mechanic or Process Mechanic for Plastics and Rubber.

• ALTERNATIVE: Completion of a degree in engineering or mechanical engineering

• Several years of professional experience in the areas of work preparation and manufacturing engineering

• Basic knowledge of continuous improvement process and total quality management (problem solving methods)

• Initial knowledge of SAP required / user knowledge of Google Workspace an advantage

• Business fluent in German and proficient in English

• Present work permit for the EU
