Carrying out technical analysis and providing feedback to customers (8D report, portal, etc.)
Identification of potential warranty cases, requesting improvement measures as well as processing new warranty cases
Preparation of standard and load tests, test instructions etc. and determination of the test method for new seat generations
Ensuring a sustainable and timely processing of field warranty claims
Invoice verification of customer debits, processing of warranty statements and account reconciliation
Support in customer escalations, processing of complaints in the supplier recourse as well as demanding corrective measures
Carrying out on-site analyses
Clustering of the error pattern as well as statistical data collection
Successfully completed studies as a mechanical engineer or completion of a technical vocational training with qualification as a mechanical engineer
Relevant knowledge of OEM specific requirements (e.g.: CNH/JD/VOLVO)
Professional experience in quality assurance in the CV or automotive sector
Profound knowledge of MS Office and SAP (SAP WTY)
Very good German and business fluent English skills
Successfully completed further training in the field of field regress at the VDA (German Association of the Automotive Industry) is desirable
Qualification as Six Sigma Black Belt
Willingness to travel (nationally and internationally)
