Tasks

• Manufacture of samples from fibre-reinforced plastics

• Cutting of semi-finished products by CNC cutting table and lamination

• Application of various manufacturing processes, such as RTM, vacuum infusion, autoclave curing

• Handling of cutting systems, waterjet abrasive cutting systems, autoclaves, CNC milling centres, etc.

• Evaluation and documentation of quality-relevant requirements

• Preparation of test protocols and evaluation of results

• Technical support and advice for internal and external customers

Qualification

• Completed training in a skilled trade or a plastics / metalworking profession

• Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field

• Experience in the mechanical processing of fibre composites desirable

• Confident handling of machines and their computerised control systems

• Good knowledge of computers and basic knowledge of MS Office

• Knowledge of English desirable

• Present work permit for the EU
