Tasks

• You will analyze rental conditions, ancillary costs and the performance of the location and understand the underlying relationships and structures

• You determine, quantify and justify savings and optimization opportunities

• You create key figures, carry out cross-location comparisons, derive findings from them and prepare the results so that they are reliable and ready for decision-making

• You are available to our Jedis for landlord negotiations and to our customers as a sparring partner

• And important: Whenever you get stuck, your colleagues will support you in finding solutions

Requirements

• First experience in controlling, data analysis, in-house consulting or auditing

• An affinity for numbers, a meticulous and concentrated way of working, a solution-oriented approach and a talent for organization

• A successfully completed degree in business administration

• Or a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship with additional qualification, e.g. as a commercial specialist or business specialist, real estate specialist, operating cost manager, or the like

• Business fluent in German and ideally also English
