Support of all tools used in the Operations area such as MS Dynamics Fieldservice, Business Central, Viva, Salesforce, Power BI, Azure Services, IOT, MS 365 and other software
Expanding the One Platform and achieving higher user adoption of the shared workspace
Introducing new tools and being responsible for integrating them into existing processes
Driving automation on the MS Power platform.
Administrative IT activities such as the license cost optimizations, role assignments, data security (in collaboration with a service provider), and database workloads
Successfully completed studies in the field of IT or job-relevant professional training
Initial professional experience in the optimization and digitalization of processes
Experience in working within a cloud as well as with Power Platform, ERP and CRM systems
Business fluent in German
Team player who enjoys working with innovative software and new solutions, has a high sense of duty and a structured way of working
