Job description


  • Responsibility for office management and assumption of general administrative activities

  • Reception and support of guests and employees of the entire building track

  • Carrying out booking management as well as the preparation and follow-up of meeting rooms

  • Organizing business trips at home and abroad as well as events and marketing activities (company celebrations, advertising campaigns)

  • Taking over orders for the Ulm location (office supplies, paper, coffee, beverages)

  • Coordination of the service provider for facility management in the reception area/meeting rooms


  • First professional experience in a commercial, organizational field or in the area of tourism/hotel industry/event management

  • Confident handling of MS Office

  • Fluent German and good English skills

  • Possession of driving license class B

  • Service-oriented team player with a self-reliant and careful way of working
