Coordination with customers to reduce and avoid overdue inventories
Control and quality assurance of customer material accounts
Evaluation and processing of customer feedback on material returns
Identification and derivation of measures of internal and external errors in material returns
Processing of work-in-progress to ensure correct mapping of Lufthansa ownership
Analysis and data evaluation in support of overdue reduction
Preparation of presentations for internal and external interfaces
Performing special tasks
Completed vocational training, preferably in the commercial field with a focus on logistics
Additional qualification as technical business economist, commercial business economist, commercial business economist or an equivalent qualification
Experience in customer service and material accounting or logistics desirable
Business fluent in English
Present work permit for the EU
