You support our specialists in the areas of tenancy agreements, ancillary costs and facility management
You will check a wide variety of complex invoices (rental invoices, tradesmen's invoices, energy invoices, utility bills, etc.) and enter them in our special software
You will also take on smaller tasks such as preparing correspondence, compiling information and documents or keeping track of appointments
Several years of professional experience in checking, recording and reading invoices
Careful, concentrated way of working, affinity for numbers and reliability
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Business fluent in German
Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an office administrator, or similar
