Tasks

  • Carrying out administrative office tasks

  • Managing diaries and mail

  • Organising and planning meetings and coordinating with other assistants 

  • Responsibility for logistics for events and weblives

  • Acting as a liaison within the team and with stakeholders

  • Acting as a point of contact for IT and facilities management

  • Handling relevant logistical tasks for the team (e.g. ordering office supplies, travel management)

  • Promote initiatives to reduce the environmental footprint

Qualification

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a business administrator with a focus on office communication or personnel

  • Many years of professional experience in the secretarial/assistance field

  • Initial knowledge of Click'n Buy (BySide), knowledge of Google Workspace advantageous

  • Business fluent in German and English

  • Present work permit for the EU

  • Team player with a high sense of responsibility and organisational skills
