Tasks

  • Professional management of the diary and reliable handling of postal matters

  • Strategic prioritisation and collection of decision-relevant information to support management

  • Thoughtful organisation and effective planning of meetings

  • Reliable management of follow-up communication, updating of distribution lists and implementation of necessary measures

  • Competent handling of logistics for events and web-lives

  • Taking on relevant logistical tasks, including office supplies procurement and efficient travel management

  • Reliable completion of administrative tasks, such as telephone management, meeting and event management and fulfilment of HR requirements

  • Responsible sharing of internal and external information within the team

  • Reliable support as a point of contact for IT matters and facility management

Qualification

  • Completed vocational training as an accountant or comprehensive commercial training with many years of professional experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of assistance, commercial processing and secretarial work

  • Initial user knowledge of Click'n Buy (BySide) and experience with Google Workspace

  • Business fluent in German and proficient in English, French and Danish are desirable

  • Valid work permit for the European Union
