Administrative processing of customer orders to ensure on-time delivery to customers - from order creation to invoicing - this includes:
Scheduling according to program managers' specifications in the ERP system
Checking sales orders for version split / MSN assignments
Creation of invoices and transfer to the accounting department
Review of error logs and correction if necessary
Support in the execution of dunning procedures and checking of the payment advice note
Price and master data maintenance in the ERP system according to program manager specifications
Preparation of evaluations and statistics
Support in projects and optimizations
Successfully completed commercial training
Alternatively, completion of a degree in business administration or economics
Several years of professional experience in customer service and order processing
Experienced handling of MS Office and SAP
Business fluent in German and English
