Ensuring the processing of all customer orders and deliveries in accordance with the deadline and quality specifications
Transmission of demand forecasts, e.g. demand plans and forecast analyses
Responsibility for order processing as well as for the process of ordering requirements (e.g. spare parts, missing parts, production parts, hardware and devices) and order processing
Monitoring, placing and tracking of orders
Daily supervision and monitoring of the supply chain as well as close co-operation with suppliers
Proactively informing the customer about the progress of orders
Analysing late deliveries and managing recovery plans
Successfully completed studies in supply chain / logistics or economics
Several years of professional experience in the areas of scheduling / material procurement, customer service, supplier management and / or supply chain / logistics
Experience in operational purchasing is an advantage
In-depth user knowledge of SAP, knowledge of Google Workspace desirable
Advanced knowledge of German and business fluent English
Existing work permit for the EU
