Painter rotor blade (m/f/d)

Would you like to contribute your experience in the field of painting and have basic knowledge of fibre composites? Then we are looking for you as a Rotor Blade Painter in Donauwörth. Our customer Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH offers a wide range of tasks from the demanding manufacture and processing of spare parts to the new production and repair of rotor blades. Tasks

  • Painting of composite parts in accordance with the defined processes and specifications 
  • Surface preparation for painting, in compliance with all required standards and techniques 
  • Observing hygiene and safety regulations when working with paints and chemicals 
  • Precise production and processing of individual parts and assemblies (e.g. grinding, levelling, laminating, assembly)
  •  Using aids, tools and equipment to process complex and demanding components 
  • Ensuring the availability of parts and materials in accordance with production orders 
  • Preparing and checking parts and components for correctness and completeness before processing 
  • Reporting stock shortages for timely material procurement 
  • New production and repair of rotor blades with the highest precision and quality

Qualification

  • Completed vocational training as a painter / varnisher, industrial painter, vehicle painter or similar
  •  Many years of professional experience in manufacturing / production and as a painter 
  • Experience in the field of composite painting 
  • Business fluent German and basic English skills 
  • A valid work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
